When we journey together, we see that we can best accomplish our purpose by focusing on three things: Community, Service and Health.
Every Sunday, we create environments for every age group, so everyone can engage in community, corporate worship, and growth. We believe that when we get together, we actually encounter the presence God.
We feel services should be fun and relevant. We talk about things you can apply to your everyday life. This is also why we put a high value on creating services for every age. We believe everyone matters and every person in your family should love to come to church.
We want our church to be a place where it is easy for you to invite your friends. That is why we encourage people, and make them feel welcome. Visiting a church can be stressful, and we want to give everyone who walks through our doors the best experience possible.
We love our services, but we know that the real power of church is in "circles" instead of "rows". This is why we meet regularly in small groups to take responsibility for one another, grow together, care for one another and serve together. We encourage everyone who is a part of our church to join a Life Group. Our groups meet in three semesters throughout the year. Our groups are open to new people joining the journey, and we encourage them to multiply as the group grows.
God has blessed each of us with unique talents, gifts and passions, and we believe that we have a responsibility to use them to help others. We encourage everyone to engage in service, both inside the church and out in our community.
We work together to create environments that are welcoming, friendly, engaging and fun, all with the goal of people encountering and growing with God.
We believe that the impact of our church should be felt far beyond the walls of our building. We exist to be a force of hope and change in both our community and the world.
We partner with local and global ministries both financially and with our time. We encourage everyone who attends our church to discover their passion and use their time, talent, and resources to make a difference. We also encourage our life groups to participate in at least one service project each semester.
If we are not creating a culture of health and continually pursuing it, then everything else we do will crumble. We know our health comes from keeping the Bible as the primary authority in our lives, having a dependence on the Holy Spirit to lead us daily, and creating healthy environments to live in.
God gave us his word to guide us into His will. We believe that the Bible gives us healthy direction in regards to our spiritual lives, relationships, and purpose in life.
God gave His Holy Spirit to live in us and guide us daily. We have a responsibility to yield to Him and be empowered by Him so that we can live the life He called us to live and make a difference in others.
We have in place a Church Board of Overseers and Directors, and healthy budgets focused on generosity We have been blessed so that we can be a blessing to others. We partner with and reach out to those doing good in our community and around the world to reach outside our walls.
