Balanced - "...and the law won." - Part 1

3 Laws of Balance:

·      Reference Point

·      Constant Correction

·      Clear Objective

Balance allows you to remain and progress to where you want to be.

1.     Being unbalanced financially doesn’t yield immediate results.

2.     Being balanced financially requires personal responsibility.

“It’s not about what you do or don’t have, it’s about what you do with what you have.”

3.     Our finances effect more than our finances.

This effects our:

Relationships – Habits – Debt – Decisions – Stress – Generosity

4. There is a relationship between the management of your money and the condition of your heart.

“For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” – Jesus, Matthew 6:21 NIV

“No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.” – Jesus, Matthew 6:24 NIV

“Jesus doesn’t want to get your money. Jesus wants to make sure your money doesn’t get you.” – Andy Stanley

"Jesus doesn't want to get your money. Jesus wants to make sure your money doesn't get you." -Andy Stanley

The right Reference Point to manage your money is: knowing where it’s going.
